Privacy Policy

PuzzleLobby respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the PuzzleLobby mobile application and website process and why.

Information we process

• Account information: If you choose Google sign-in, Firebase Authentication provides a user identifier and may provide your name, email address, and profile image. Guest play uses an anonymous identifier.
• Game information: We store completed or skipped levels, purchased visual hints, and related cloud-save information.
• App and device information: Firebase and Google services may process device, diagnostic, security, and app-interaction information needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
• Advertising information: The free experience uses Google AdMob. Ad requests are configured with audience protections and may process limited device, consent, and ad-interaction information. Rewarded ads are optional. We block dating and sexual-content categories where supported.
• Purchase information: Apple or Google processes payments. We receive transaction identifiers and entitlement status, not your full payment-card information.

How we use information

We use this information to provide cloud save, restore progress, grant and protect in-game rewards, prevent fraud, maintain app reliability, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We use service providers including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play, and Apple App Store services. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Children and families

PuzzleLobby is designed for a broad audience. Advertising requests use protective settings intended to limit personalized or age-inappropriate advertising. Parents or guardians may contact us to request review or deletion of a child’s associated account data.

Choices and retention

Google sign-in is optional. You may play with guest storage, adjust consent choices where available, or delete your cloud account and associated data from Account & Settings inside the app. You may also request deletion through our support page if you cannot access the app. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect the economy, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes.

Security

We use authentication, database access rules, and other safeguards designed to protect cloud information. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
